TSUFA BA GAZAWA BA NE
Tsugunar da tsoffi a gida da kuma ɗauke musu ayyukan gida kacokan da niyar hutar da su al'ada ce da babu alfanu cikinta ga lafiyarsu.
Yana da muhimmancin gaske a bar waɗanda shekarunsu suka miƙa su cigaba da ayyukan gida da ba su da haɗari, kamar wanki, wanke-wanke, share-share, goge-goge da sauransu.
Idan ma son samu ne, ana so su dinga yin tattaki ko sassarfa da ba zata gaza minti talatin ba a duk rana.
Motsa jiki ta hanyar waɗannan ayyukan zai rage damuwa, ciwon gaɓɓai, haɗarin faɗuwa da ma ƙara inganta garkuwar jiki.
